Yoga for Singing

Would you like to combine vocal techniques, specific yoga poses, breath-work, guided meditation and play to invoke creativity and free the body from habitual tensions to discover more authentic and spontaneous vocal expression?

Can a yoga pose affect our vocal abilities?

This workshop will be focused on opening up. Opening up the voice, the body and also to others and the world/life.

We will explore different yoga positions and the impact they have on breathing and the human voice.

PS: There are many benefits of joining this workshop but the biggest one is that you can focus on yourself. When you practice voice and yoga in the comfort of your own home, it removes the outside distraction and allows you to focus solely on yourself, your practice, and your time on the mat. 

You will need a yoga mat. That's all!
