There are many benefits to joining this workshop but the biggest one is that you can focus on yourself. When you practice voice and yoga in the comfort of your own home, it removes the outside distraction and allows you to focus solely on yourself, your practice, and your time on the mat.
You will need a yoga mat and a laptop/phone/iPad for Zoom. That's all!
