The "To Move with the Voice" project, created in 2015, explores vocal potential through movement and tranquillity. Each session integrates research studies with the traditions of voice training and embodied yoga/movement.

"We develop a new connection to breath, voice, posture, body, mind, and listening. This solid foundation of correct techniques helps us learn to sing, speak, and communicate with greater authenticity. We discover mechanisms and exercises that encourage a flow of energy to open up our breathing and untangle knots in our body, mind, emotions, and voice. In this way, the entire body supports our vocal expression. The newfound vocal power transforms into greater vocal flexibility and self-reliance. That is when we discover the correlation between the voice-body-emotion-mind dynamic."

Online embodied voice and yoga sessions are offered monthly. Additionally, workshops based on research findings that address the link between the body and voice are held quarterly

Would you like to explore your unique voice through your body?
